“us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data
through its internal mobile applications and operational
systems.
This policy applies to the following applications:
- NCLOG Motorista
- NCLOG Voucher
- NCLOG Taxiamento
- NCLOG Abastecimento
- Other internal NCLOG operational systems
Each application only accesses data strictly necessary for
its specific operational purpose. Not all data categories
described below apply to all applications.

proper functioning of our internal operational systems.

- Email address
- User role (driver, taxista, operator, administrator)
- Vehicle-related information (e.g., license plate,
vehicle identifier)
- Operational records manually entered by the user
(e.g., vouchers, trips, taxi records, fueling records)
1.2 Automatically collected information
- Authentication identifiers (user ID)
- Date and time of operations
- Technical session data required for authentication
and security
- Geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) at
the moment of work shift registration —
NCLOG Motorista only
- Photographic image captured at the moment of work
shift registration — NCLOG Motorista only (optional)
We do not collect personal data for marketing,
advertising, or tracking purposes.

- Camera and Image Usage
NCLOG Voucher
The NCLOG Voucher application uses the device camera
only to capture mandatory operational photos, such as
voucher or journey records.
- Photos are captured manually by the user.
- Photos are used strictly for internal operational
validation.
- Photos are not used for identification, facial
recognition, or tracking.
- Photos are not shared with third parties.
NCLOG Motorista
The NCLOG Motorista application uses the device
front-facing camera in the following specific
circumstances only:
- When the user actively registers a work shift entry
(entrada) or exit (saída) through the Digital Time
Clock feature.
- Photo capture is optional and initiated manually
by the user.
- Photos are used exclusively for internal operational
validation and work shift compliance records.
- Photos are not used for facial recognition,
biometric identification, or any tracking purpose.
- Photos are stored securely and are accessible only
to authorized administrators.
- Photos are not shared with third parties.
NCLOG Taxiamento
The NCLOG Taxiamento application:
- Does NOT access the device camera.
- Does NOT capture or store photos or images.

- Location Data
NCLOG Motorista
The NCLOG Motorista application collects device location
data (latitude and longitude) in the following specific
circumstances only:
- When the user actively registers a work shift entry
(entrada) or exit (saída) through the Digital Time
Clock feature.
- Location is captured once per registration event,
only at the moment the user initiates the action.
- Location is NOT collected continuously, in the
background, or at any other time.
- Location data is used exclusively to record the
geographic coordinates of the work shift registration
for operational and legal compliance purposes.
- Coordinates are stored securely and are accessible
only to authorized administrators.
Other NCLOG applications (NCLOG Voucher, NCLOG
Taxiamento, NCLOG Abastecimento) do NOT access GPS
services or collect location data of any kind.
Any references to origin or destination within these
other applications are based exclusively on textual
information manually provided by the user, not on
device location services.

The collected data is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate users
- Operate internal fleet, voucher, taxi, and fueling
workflows
- Record and validate work shift registrations in
compliance with Brazilian labor law (CLT and
Portaria 671/2021)
- Generate internal operational records and reports
- Ensure system security and auditability
- Comply with internal operational and administrative
controls

- Authorized NCLOG administrators
